What exactly is À corps & vins?
À corps & vins is first and foremost an artistic experience. This contemporary choreographic work takes the form of a dance performance guided by a wine tasting, with a sommelier introducing each glass. This sensitive, poetic experience creates a dialogue between wine and movement in an intimate, elegant and accessible setting.
When is the show available?
The show has been available for booking since July 2026 and is available through spring 2028.
What equipment is provided?
The technical requirements can be adapted to your needs and ambitions, however grand! Write to us to explore the possibilities and imagine how À corps & vins can fit your vision.
Can À corps & vins be presented somewhere other than a theatre?
Yes. The show is designed to be flexible and can adapt to different spaces, provided they offer an atmosphere suited to listening, tasting and dance. Galleries, libraries, community halls and heritage venues can all be suitable.
Who is the project intended for?
The project is for curious, food-and-wine-loving adults aged 18 and over who are open to new artistic forms. It appeals to wine enthusiasts and dance audiences alike, and offers a welcoming introduction for newcomers.
Can this experience be a fundraising event?
Dance, wine and philanthropy are a tasteful combination! Its immersive, refined and convivial format makes À corps & vins well suited to benefit events, VIP evenings and fundraising initiatives. Tell us about your ideas: we can develop a format together that meets your needs.
What if some members of my audience do not drink alcohol?
À corps & vins is built around the encounter between contemporary dance and wine tasting. The artistic experience centres on discovering wines selected and discussed live by the sommelier. The production does not offer an alcohol-free alternative, to preserve the essence of the work. Each presenter may, however, decide whether to offer attendance without the tasting. Introducing such an option and managing any reduced ticket price are entirely the presenter’s responsibility.
Can the show be presented outside Québec?
À corps & vins is intended exclusively for the Québec presenting network and is performed only in French. A version is available for Europe. For more details, contact Les Sémillantes, Audrey Jardin, at: audrey@les-semillantes.com
